Meg, a native of Franklin, moved immediately after high school to pursue a Marketing Degree at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Soon after, she decided to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist. She received her cosmetology license from New Directions Hair Academy. She is certified to perform the CHI Permanent Straightening for hair. Meg continues her education on a weekly basis with salon owner, Richard Dion. Meg was Dion’s very first Interning Stylist.
1. What are you typically doing when you are not at Dion's?

I love Bumble & bumble’s Surf Spray.

5. If you could go back to any era to do hair, which would it be?
I would love to go back to the glamorous 1930's, because women started rejecting the severe straight hair of the 20's, and began wearing carefully styled waves.
