Maria’s passion stems from an unquenchable urge to provide the highest quality service on her journey through life. Her name is most closely related to Prevail Bakehouse, an independent, local, and organic bakery she started with her husband. Food and service industry veterans, they’ve used their skills under culinary legends from around the world to craft complex and creative cuisine. Beginning to bake at age 16, she studied sugar sculpting in France, worked for the world renowned Bouchon Bakery in Napa Valley and now resides just outside of Franklin where she is committed to sharing her love of quality ingredients with exceptional service.
