Services Policy: We require a $100 booking deposit for Color Corrections, Balayage and Keratin Treatments. The booking deposit is deducted from the services' cost at check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In consideration of Stylist's schedules, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 615.794.5649. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of the service charge. A credit card on file will be required to book appointments $100 or more. Failure to cancel 24 hours before or any No Show will result in 50% of service being charged to the card on file.
