Salon Manager

Jody is the first & last face our clients see! She manages all the scheduling for the salon and she is responsible for
checking clients in and out, making sure they experience nothing less than VIP treatment while at Dion’s.
Jody is a Nashville native that has grown up in the beauty industry her entire life. Her grandmother owned a
beauty salon for over twenty years while Jody was growing up. The "Beauty Shop" was her favorite place to be! She spent every Saturday and each summer there! It was there she learned the ins and outs of how a salon is successfully run, upon realizing that the beauty industry is where she would steer her career as well.
In 2001 she got her certification for television, stage, and special effects makeup. She then went on to work for
CHANEL as a sales representative, which was an amazing learning experience and opportunity for her. It set her standards high for the rest of her future career moves. Over the past twenty years she has worked with many cosmetic lines like NARS, Too Faced, Sephora, Chanel & Bobbie Brown Cosmetics. She began her freelance business in 2008 and has worked with numerous performers, singers, models, and The Tennessee Titan Cheerleaders to name a few.
